“There are only two days in the year that nothing can be done. One is called Yesterday and the other is called Tomorrow. Today is the right day to Love, Believe, Do and mostly Live.” Dalai Lama
If good things come to those who wait, the best things come to those who hustle. The reason lies in a simple truth: LIFE is NOW.
Time does not stop, life does not stop, things change, circumstances change, lives change and people come and go.
The ‘Go-getters’ and ‘Go-givers’ are very mindful of the fact that time is finite, life is finite, that one never knows when everything will change, when a great opportunity will pass. They know that a risk not taken is the biggest risk one can ever take, and they live by that rule.
Those who wait are usually masters at the art of making excuses for all the risks they did not and will not take. They play it safe, wait for the perfect conditions, they believe they cannot get past the obstacles they see and unknowingly, they let their fear of failure run the upper hand and compromise their ability to experience flow.
Not the right time” all too often leads to missed opportunities. Whether it’s a job, a project, or a relationship the achievements that really occur in life take place in reality, in a world that is far from perfect.
Be mindful about time, clear the clutter inside your mind, realize what you’ve got right now because the harsh truth is, what you have may become what you had, and you don’t know when later will be too late.
Good things may indeed come to those who wait, but the best things come to those who go get them.
